Christoph Zech is an experienced professional in digital transformation and e-government, currently serving as Fachrat at egovpartner since November 2022 and as Digital Officer in the Stadt Winterthur since December 2020. With a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and marketing in the e-government sector, Christoph previously held leadership roles in Stadt Winterthur Informatikdienste (IDW), including Hauptabteilungsleiter for Projects & Digital Transformation and earlier as Leiter eGovernment. An educator as well, Christoph has taught digital administration courses at ZHAW School of Management and Law. Christoph holds multiple advanced degrees from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich and other institutions, reflecting a robust academic foundation in digital business and business analysis.
