Dominik De Marco currently serves as a Referent für Verbands- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit at Bezirksjugendwerk der AWO Westliches Westfalen since January 2024. Simultaneously, Dominik holds various positions in local government, including Mitglied im Rat der Stadt Dortmund and Kulturpolitischer Sprecher der SPD-Ratsfraktion, alongside roles in multiple committees such as Ausschuss Kultur, Sport und Freizeit and Ausschuss Kinder, Jugend und Familie. Dominik's involvement with Konzerthaus Dortmund as an Aufsichtsratsmitglied began in 2020. Prior experience includes working as an Abgeordnetenmitarbeiter for Michelle Müntefering, MdB, in the Deutscher Bundestag from 2016 to 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Kultur, Ästhetik, Medien from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, ongoing since 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in Kommunikationsdesign completed at the same institution in 2020, supplemented by studies at The Wilson School of Design at Kwantlen Polytechnic University and Hochschule Niederrhein.
