Mergim Ferizi is currently serving as a Polizeiaspirant with the Stadtpolizei Bülach since August 2024. Prior to this role, Mergim held the position of Leiter Technik at Senevita Residenz Nordlicht, overseeing technical services and safety, and conducted training for fire protection. Mergim's experience includes coordinating areas at Stampfli AG and serving as part of the National Support Element during a KFOR mission in Kosovo with SWISSINT. Mergim has also led teams in the technical service at Zumipark AG and was involved in various roles with the Swiss Armed Forces, including a leadership position as Zugführer. Mergim began the professional journey as a Lernender Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt, culminating in a degree as Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ from Gewerbliche Berufsschule Wetzikon.
