Oliver Kaiser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the rail and signaling industry. Currently serving as the Head of System Solutions & Development and Head of the Business Unit ETCS at Stadler, Kaiser is responsible for the P&L of Stadler's ETCS business and leads a large team of engineers and project managers in developing rail vehicles. Prior to this, Kaiser held the position of COO at the joint venture AngelStar, overseeing the development and engineering of ETCS products. Kaiser's background includes significant roles at Siemens, where responsibilities encompassed product life-cycle management, infrastructure logistics, and project management in railway control systems across multiple countries. Oliver Kaiser earned a PhD in Control Engineering from ETH Zürich and has furthered education at notable institutions such as Caltech and Tampere University of Technology.
