Tsz-Ho Koo is an experienced professional in event management and customer service, currently working as a Match Day Steward for Arsenal F.C. since July 2024, alongside roles as a Crew Member for Alpha Crew Ltd, Event Day Steward for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, and Event Steward in a stadium environment.
