André Stolk is a seasoned professional in real estate and AI strategy with extensive experience across various roles in prominent organizations. Currently a Partner at Stadim, André focuses on bridging technical and economic aspects of real estate, with expertise in innovation, data and AI strategy, as well as sustainability and ESG services. Previously, as the Head of ESG & Sustainability at Stadim, André developed ESG strategies for real estate companies. André's career includes strategic positions at Deloitte Belgium, KBC Bank & Verzekering, Accenture, and Deloitte Belgium, where responsibilities ranged from AI and data leadership to innovation and transformation within financial services. Educational credentials include a Postgraduate degree in Big Data & Analytics from KU Leuven, a Master's in Business Engineering from the University of Antwerp, and a BComm in Finance from Queen's University.
