Russ Graves is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Bridging Innovation at MITRE Corporation since February 1992, focusing on creating pathways for innovative solutions to enhance safety. Additionally, since July 2020, Russ serves as an Advisor and Judge at Stadia Ventures, which acts as a global Sports Innovation Hub for early-stage investments in sports and esports. Previous experience includes working as a Software Engineer at the National Security Agency from May 1986 to January 1992, where contributions were made across all phases of the software development lifecycle, and as a Research Assistant at Pittsburgh Eye & Ear Hospital from September 1984 to May 1986, developing software to analyze eye movements related to vestibular disorders. Academically, Russ holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
