Joel Carben is a Real Estate Broker at Windermere Real Estate since January 2021, dedicated to helping individuals find their dream homes in Port Townsend, Washington. As the President of Carben Footprint, Joel focuses on providing sustainable and affordable housing in the area. Joel has served as Chair Emeritus of the Coastal Marine Resource Center, advocating for social and environmental justice in vulnerable coastal communities. Additionally, Joel is the Founder and Executive Director of Stadia Ventures, a sports technology accelerator based in St. Louis, which supports startups in the sports industry. Previous roles include Algorand Champion and Ambassador, an Advisor for Founders Live and Annie Stacks, Inc., and Co-Founder and CEO of IdealSeat, which was acquired by BandwagonFanClub Inc. Joel's early career included significant positions at the Surfrider Foundation and Seattle Public Utilities, specializing in green building. Joel holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College.
