Jack C. Elkins currently serves as the Director of Leadership Development at A. Duda & Sons, Inc., focusing on enhancing talent within the nearly 100-year-old family-owned company. Alongside this role, Jack is the Chief Sidekick at Sidekick Innovation, facilitating executive gatherings aimed at maximizing leadership impact. As President of Perform Path, Jack leads initiatives that unlock team potential through interactive training and science-based toolkits. An Adjunct Professor at UCF DeVos Sport Business Management Program since January 2023, Jack co-authored the innovation curriculum focused on Diversity and Innovation in Sports. Additionally, Jack contributes as an Advisor/Mentor/Judge for Stadia Ventures and serves on the board of Sports2Change. Previous experience includes various leadership roles at Orlando Magic and serving on the Board of Directors for Downtown Credo. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University, an MBA from UCF, and completed the altMBA program.
