Sebastian Thelen has extensive work experience in supply chain management. Sebastian started their career at BASF in 2001, where they held various roles in supply chain management and import/export operations in both Germany and the USA. Sebastian worked at BASF until 2023, serving as the Director of Supply Chain Management Personal Care Europe. In 2023, they joined the STADA Group as the Director of Global Supply Chain Excellence.
Sebastian Thelen attended DHBW Mannheim from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Diplom (BA) degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik. Sebastian also received a certification from APICS for CPIM in 2012.
