Valerie Discart is currently serving as a Specialist in Talent & Ontwikkeling at Stad Hasselt since June 2024. Previously, Valerie held the position of HR Officer Learning & Development at Scania Parts Logistics from July 2017 to May 2024. Valerie's career began at vzw Kriebels & Kuren, where from November 2010 to June 2017, responsibilities included organizing youth vacations, developing new concepts, managing client communications, and overseeing training for new staff. Additionally, Valerie worked as a snowboard instructor at Skischule Skiszene Leogang in December 2016, focusing on teaching safety in mountain environments. Valerie possesses a Master's degree in Interieurarchitectuur from Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen and an ASO in Latijn Wiskunde from Regina Pacis Hove.
