Nathalie Alen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and procurement. Currently serving as a Senior Project Leader at Stad Hasselt since April 2021, Nathalie focuses on strategy and projects within the General Management and City Management Directorate. Prior to this role, Nathalie held the position of Team Leader in the CIO Office at the Vlaamse overheid from November 2016 to April 2021. Nathalie's background includes significant expertise in sourcing and category management from positions at L'Oréal as a Senior Buyer and Danone as a Purchasing Manager, combined with earlier experience in recruitment at Beijaflore and Michael Page. Nathalie holds a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, complemented by education from EHSAL Management School and VLEKHO Business School Brussel.
