Catherine Bolhuis is an accomplished professional in urban studies and strategic development with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Partner and Senior Advisor at Stad & Co since January 2022, Catherine previously held key roles such as Senior Manager of Retail & Formula at La Place Restaurants, where important projects included a new reservation system and the development of a kids' menu in collaboration with Efteling. As the Owner of Kateway, Catherine provided consultancy in area development and location challenges, and also served as Director of Real Estate Retail Solutions at KR&A, focusing on data-driven investment advice. Additional positions included concept management at Albert Heijn and a consultant role in location strategy within Ahold Delhaize. Catherine's career began in policy advisory at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, emphasizing spatial economic policy development. Catherine holds a Master of Science in Urban Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
