Lode Nulens has extensive experience in ICT management, currently serving as ICT Manager at Stad Brugge since February 2005, overseeing a team of 23 employees and managing services for 1,600 internal clients. Responsibilities include project leadership, strategic policy formulation, digital transformation initiatives, and supplier negotiations. Lode has successfully led various digitalization projects, earning recognition including the Agoria eGov 2013 award and the 2021 Smart City World Expo Award. Previous roles include Coordinator Helpdesk and System Management at VMM, Network Manager at the Federal Department of Justice, and IT Consultant at E&Y Consulting, among others. Lode holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Economics and a Master in Applied Informatics, and has pursued additional qualifications in facility management and electrotechnical installation.
