Ariel McCollough is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in business operations and customer success in the technology sector. Currently serving as Staff Operations Manager at Stacklok since July 2023, Ariel previously held the position of Senior Business Operations Manager at GitHub, where strategic transformations in the Customer Success organization were led and supported. Notable experience includes roles at VMware, Heptio, Chef Software, EMC Isilon, and The Gilmore Research Group, where Ariel developed and implemented operational processes, managed Salesforce and CPQ systems, and provided data-driven insights to enhance performance.
