Elsa Ramos-Gicquel had various work experiences in different companies. Elsa started their most recent role as a Customer Success Specialist at STACK Construction Technologies in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Pharonyx Technologies Inc. as the Director of Customer Satisfaction from July 2020 to September 2022. Before that, they were employed at Tetra Tech as a Project Manager from September 2017 to July 2020. Elsa also worked at Tetra Tech | Québec as an Environmental Project Engineer from May 2011 to July 2017. Additionally, Elsa has academic experience at École de technologie supérieure, where they were a Ph.D. candidate from January 2009 to April 2011 and a Teaching Assistant from January 2010 to December 2010.

Elsa Ramos-Gicquel received a diploma in engineering in industrial and urban environment from École des métiers de l'environnement in Rennes from 2005 to 2008. Elsa also obtained a Master 2 degree in industrial and urban environmental sciences from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 2007 to 2008.
