Clayton Schulte has a diverse work experience. Clayton started their career in 2014 as a Horticulturist at the Cincinnati Park Board and later worked as a Reptile House Keeper at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. In 2018, they transitioned to a Sales Representative role at Genesys. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success Associate at STACK Construction Technologies, where they started in November 2020.

Clayton Schulte obtained their Associate's Degree in Landscape Horticulture from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, where they attended from 2014 to 2016.
