John Ray is a seasoned professional in business development and tactical training, currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development and LE/Mil Specialist at Modlite Systems since April 2021. Additionally, John holds the position of Southwest Business Development Manager and previously worked as the Western Region LE/Mil BD Manager at Staccato since April 2022. With extensive experience as a firearms instructor for International Tactical Training Seminars since June 2008, John brings a wealth of knowledge in tactical operations, having served as a Special Weapons and Tactics Officer with LAPD from July 1994 to April 2021. John is a former Sergeant in the USMC, with service from 1987 to 1995.
