Matthew Payne has worked for a variety of companies since 2012. Matthew began their career as a Student Senior Supervisor at the University of Arizona Libraries, where they created Excel spreadsheets, managed digitizing projects, and oversaw students within the work area. Matthew then moved on to Gentle Ben's Brewing Company as a Marketing and Promotions Assistant, followed by a stint as a Volunteer at Saban Community Clinic. In 2015, they became a Valet Attendant at the Mondrian Hotel, and then a Shift Lead at the Langham Hotel the following year. In 2017, they became a Hospitality Specialist at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, followed by a Care Coordinator at Happier Living in 2018. Most recently, they have been working as an Intake Coordinator at Reveleer since 2019, and is currently employed as a Recruiter at Stability Healthcare.

Matthew Payne attended La Salle High School from 2006 to 2010, and then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from the University of Arizona in 2015.
