Arnold Aaron has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. ARNOLD began their career at Grand Hyatt Mumbai as a Trainee in 2012. After that, they joined Regent of Rotorua Boutique Hotel where they served as a Front Office Executive and later as a Duty Manager from 2015 to 2018. In 2019, Arnold joined STAAH as a Partner Services representative and worked in that role until 2020. ARNOLD then progressed to become a Partner Services Team Leader, where they managed and mentored a team of customer support representatives until 2023. Currently, Arnold holds the position of Customer Success Lead at STAAH and has been in this role since June 2023. Throughout their career, Arnold has demonstrated their expertise in customer service, team management, and providing support and guidance to clients.
ARNOLD Aaron obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Ahmedabad in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they attended the Pacific International Hotel Management School (PIHMS) in New Plymouth, New Zealand, where they completed a Post Graduation in hotel management.
