Mieke Wagner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management, project management, and IT service delivery. Currently serving as the DevOps Manager at St. Vrain Valley Schools and as a Customer Experience Consultant at DecisionPoint Corporation, Mieke has held various leadership roles, including Director of Customer Experience at DecisionPoint and Sr. Director of Customer Relationships at NuAxis Innovations. Mieke has also contributed to the American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) and has experience in managing service delivery for federal IT projects. Mieke's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
