Joe McBreen currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Innovation at St. Vrain Valley Schools, a position held since July 2009, focusing on bridging education, industry, and the community through innovative practices. Previously, Joe held various roles including Chief Technology Officer and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Consultant at Adams 12 Five Star Schools from 2007 to 2009, and Director of Instructional Technology at Boulder Valley School District from 2002 to 2008. Early in the career, Joe worked as a Senior Operations Manager at Carrier Access Corporation and as a Sales Engineer and Technical Trainer. Joe's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado College and two Master of Arts degrees in Educational Administration and Leadership from the University of Colorado Denver.
