Orlando Howard currently serves as the Director of Outpatient Treatment Services and Quality Improvement at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center - Rosary Hall since June 2018. With a professional journey at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center beginning in July 2007 as the Manager of Outpatient Rosary Hall and Quality Improvement Specialist, Orlando coordinates the development and maintenance of policies and procedures while overseeing operations in the absence of the Executive Director. Prior experience includes a decade at Recovery Resources as a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Counselor and Continuous Quality Improvement associate, and five years as Program Activities Coordinator at St. Alexis Hospital. Orlando's educational background includes a degree in Human Services from Cuyahoga Community College and advanced qualifications in substance abuse professional training.
