Samantha Nierer currently serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at St. Thomas Aquinas College, having progressed through various roles in the Human Resources department since September 2021, including Human Resources Specialist, Assistant, and Intern. Prior to this position, Samantha worked as a Brand Ambassador at Old Navy, where responsibilities included head cashier duties and customer transaction support. Samantha also gained valuable experience as a Clerical Paralegal at The Margolin and Weinreb Law Group, LLP, where tasks involved document management and assisting attorneys with court filings. Education includes a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University, expected to complete in December 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Thomas Aquinas College, which was obtained in 2022. Additionally, an Advanced Regents Diploma was earned from Saint Francis Preparatory High School in 2018.
