Mike Noll is a highly experienced professional in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as a Partner and Director of Manufacturing Services at St. Onge Company since March 2013. Noll specializes in business data analytics, site and manufacturing audits, and capital financial analysis, with a strong focus on manufacturing optimization and business efficiencies. Additionally, Noll has served as a PIAA Certified Baseball Official since January 2016 and held the position of School Board Director at Dallastown Area School District from November 2011 to November 2019, where involvement included chairing the Buildings and Grounds Committee and participating in the budget committee and negotiations team.
