Brian Halusan serves as the Director of Real Estate Development at St. Nicks Alliance since March 2019 and holds the position of Managing Director of Real Estate Development at Rwanda Village Enterprise since March 2012. With a strong background in real estate, Halusan has previously worked as a Senior Associate at Forsyth Street Advisors and as Deputy Director at the NYC Dept. of Housing Preservation and Development. Halusan's consulting experience includes projects for the United Nations that involved land valuation for the City of Kigali and as an Assistant Lecturer at the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology. Additional roles include creating supportive housing financial models at Common Ground Community and directing infrastructure projects with CHF International. Halusan's early career features a significant transformation of a sales analysis team at Andersen Windows. Halusan holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota.
