Jeanne Lemoine is a specialist in regulatory affairs with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Responsable affaires réglementaires at ST MICHEL BISCUITS since May 2022, Jeanne is responsible for regulatory monitoring and ensuring compliance for products in France and abroad. Prior roles include project management at the Dispensaire diététique de Montréal, focusing on nutritional support for vulnerable pregnant women, and earlier positions at ST MICHEL BISCUITS and PROTÉINES GROUPE with responsibilities in regulatory compliance, crisis management, and scientific oversight. Jeanne holds multiple degrees, including a Mastère spécialisé from AgroParisTech and a Master in Droit de la sécurité sanitaire, alimentaire et environnementale from Sorbonne University.
