Richard Valarioti has extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship across various industries. Currently serving on the Member Board of Directors at St Mary's Credit Union since January 2000, Richard co-founded and was CEO of Optical Phusion, Inc. from June 2004 until its acquisition by Sole Source Capital in April 2021. Richard also has a strong background in the food industry as a Franchisee Co-owner for Five Guys Enterprises from September 2007 to July 2017, and earlier as a Franchisee Owner for Midas International from September 1992 to June 2013, where notable achievements included being named National Rookie of the Year in 1992. Richard holds a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Business from Salem State University, complemented by a high school diploma from Saint John's High School.
