Michelle Boerger has extensive experience in communications, event planning, and volunteer management. Currently serving as Director of Communications & Events and Parish Manager at St. Mary's Catholic Church since October 2020, Michelle also held the role of Faith Formation Administrative Assistant. Previous experience includes Volunteer Coordinator & Event Planner for the Tulip Time Festival (August 2014 - May 2021), where responsibilities involved volunteer management and program development during pandemic-related challenges. Additional roles include Secretary on the Heartwood Council for the DeGraaf Nature Center and Unit Leader for American Heritage Girls, among various volunteer positions across organizations such as the Arthritis Foundation and Wildlife Prairie Park. Michelle holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Bowling Green State University.
