Tersa Lech currently serves as the Regional Director of Ambulatory Surgery Centers at Providence St. Joseph Health, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Tersa held the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at AmSurg from December 2012 to August 2019. Tersa's extensive experience in the surgical hospital sector also includes serving as Vice President of Operations at National Surgical Hospitals from March 2008 to December 2012, and as Administrator at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. from March 2005 to March 2008.
