Rhonda Hall currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Providence in Southern California, where leadership, vision, and strategy are provided to over 5,000 caregivers across three acute care hospitals. Prior to this role, Rhonda was the Chief People Officer at UFCU, emphasizing employee engagement and organizational capabilities. Experience includes senior leadership positions at Ascension, focusing on strategic initiatives and leadership development, and at Seton Family of Hospitals, managing organizational development and talent management. Rhonda also has a background in management consulting, human performance, and organizational development, having worked with companies such as Lord & Hogan, Johnson & Johnson, and KPMG Peat Marwick. Rhonda holds a Master’s degree in Human Performance and Organizational Development and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Sociology, both from Texas State University.
