Sara Cutler has extensive experience in music and education, currently serving on the editorial board of The American Harp Journal since June 2018. As faculty at Bard College Conservatory of Music and Brooklyn College Conservatory since 2008 and 1985, respectively, Sara Cutler contributes to harp education. A prominent performer, Sara Cutler holds the position of Principal Harp with both the New York City Ballet since 2001 and the American Symphony Orchestra since 1995, as well as performing with the Orchestra of St. Luke's since 1992. Additionally, Sara Cutler was an Executive Board Officer for AFM, Local 802 from 2011 to January 2019. Sara Cutler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University in 1977.
