Lakshmi Naveen possesses a robust background in social work with diverse experience in child healthcare and palliative care. As Centre Lead at St. Jude India ChildCare Centres, Lakshmi managed operations supporting children with cancer and their families while completing functions in communications, fundraising, finance, and facilities. Previous internships include palliative counseling and case management at BHT Karunashraya, medical social work at Lourdes Hospital, and exposure to various departments at the National Institute of Mental Health. Additional roles involved developing educational materials focused on neurodiversity and conducting social case work. Lakshmi holds a Master's degree in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
