Lillian Gooden is an experienced UX Writer currently working at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC since November 2024. Previously, Lillian served as Lead UX Writer at Laurel Road from July 2022 to October 2024 and held various roles at Pratt Institute, including Assistant Registrar for Technology and Senior Academic Services Assistant from January 2017 to July 2022, as well as UX Designer at the Center for Digital Experiences at Pratt Institute from August 2019 to May 2022. Additionally, Lillian worked as a UX/IA Consultant for the National Black Women's Justice Institute from January 2020 to December 2021, and held administrative positions at Brunswick Group from July 2014 to December 2016. Lillian's education includes a Master of Science in Information Experience Design from Pratt Institute (2019-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from Allegheny College (2010-2014).
