Katie Nickels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in philanthropic advising and development. Currently serving as a Senior Philanthropic Advisor at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC since April 2023, Katie previously held the position of Director of Development at Columbus Humane from January 2020 to April 2023. Prior roles include Director of Development at The Ohio State University for Athletics, as well as Associate Director of Athletic Development. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of the Z-Fund at The University of Akron and an internship at Mid Ohio Sports Car Course, where Katie coordinated a major mobile program. Katie holds a Master of Arts in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications and Marketing, both from The Ohio State University.
