Rachel Hrbolich has been with Catholic Charities in the Diocese of Youngstown for 26 years. She has served as the Diocesan Director of Catholic Charities since 2017. In this role, Rachel is responsible for coordinating the social services offered by the Catholic Charities agencies in the six-county diocese, and for providing leadership to the Diocesan Department of Catholic Charities. Rachel is a graduate of Notre Dame College, Cleveland, and the University of Akron, and has participated in several professional enrichment opportunities through Catholic Charities USA, including Leadership Institute, and an intensive training on mission-based leadership and organizational development at the Mendoza College of Business, University of Notre Dame. She served on the Catholic Charities USA Development and Communications Steering Committee for five years, and is now a member of Catholic Charities USA's Council of Diocesan Directors.
