Tim Mages is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the packaging industry, currently serving as General Manager of North State Flexibles, a subsidiary of St. John's Packaging, since December 2010. Mages successfully developed a strategic market focus that generated $6 million in new customer growth and facilitated the transition to a 24/7 operational schedule, significantly increasing the workforce. Previously, Mages led North State Flexibles as President/General Manager from 1999 to 2010, achieving a 43% sales growth and managing $12 million in capital investments before selling the business to St. John's Packaging. Earlier in the career, Mages held the position of General Manager at Graphic Packaging, overseeing the second-largest flexible packaging site with annual sales of $37 million. Mages holds an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte and a BA in History and Economics from Williams College.
