Mario Caisse has extensive experience in the packaging industry, having held various supervisory roles across multiple companies since the early 1990s. Currently, Mario serves as Superviseur de terrain at Emballage St-Jean Ltée since November 2016, after previously working as a supervisor at Winpak and TRANSCO PLASTIC INDUSTRIES. Mario began as an operator at Glopak inc before advancing to supervisory positions, managing unionized personnel and ensuring production efficiency.
