St Johns Housing Partnership, for over 15 years has been buying, renovating and developing affordable housing in North Florida. We leverage our inhouse crews, banking relationships, foundations, government funding, private investors, land donation and volunteers to create affordable and workforce (early career policeman, teachers, firemen, nurses, etc. who can't afford to live in the communities they serve) housing solutions.

St Johns Housing Partnership also has Nationally Certified Counselors offering the following programs:

- Free program offering up to $42,000 in free mortgage help
- Free One on One Counseling
- Free Foreclosure Options
- Access to Free Legal Help if Needed
