John Sgromolo CAA currently serves as County Commissioner-Elect for District 1 for the Clay County Board of County Commissioners and as the Director of Athletics at St. Johns Country Day School. Previous roles include Coordinator of District Athletics and Development for Clay County District Schools and Athletic Director at Ridgeview High School, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of interscholastic sports programs, budgeting, and community relations. Early experience includes teaching in Clay County Schools and serving as a professional athlete with the Los Angeles Dodgers. John holds a Master's degree in Positive Coaching and Athletic Leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Flagler College.
