Additionally, Benjamin holds the position of Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve and serves as a Town Council Member for the Town of Hampstead, Maryland, overseeing water responsibilities. Previous experience includes roles such as Assistant Project Manager at CBP Constructors, where Benjamin led a $3 million rehabilitation project, and Superintendent I at AvalonBay Communities, combining responsibilities of Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager. With a foundational experience dating back to a role as a Project Engineer at Community Housing Partners, Benjamin has demonstrated expertise in project management and engineering since starting as an intern.
