Danae Clark is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in policy, governance, and accounting. Currently serving as the Senior Manager Policy and Governance and previously holding roles such as Group Financial Controller at HBF Health since February 2010, Danae has excelled in providing business support, enhancing relationships with the Executive Team, and refining the budgeting and forecasting processes for the organization. Additionally, Danae served as the Group Management Accountant at Skate Australia from September 2012 to October 2020 and held a voluntary board position. Danae’s educational qualifications include a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Curtin University, and completion of the CPA Australia Program.
