Jennifer Sorthi, PMIIA, serves as the National RTO Manager and National RTO Compliance Manager at St John Ambulance Australia (National Office) since April 2017. Jennifer previously held the position of Quality and Compliance Manager at Stirling Institute of Australia from April 2016 to March 2017, and served as Compliance Coordinator at Pax Institute of Education from September 2015 to June 2016, where responsibilities included process review, maintaining registers, and staff development. Additionally, Jennifer worked as a Compliance Coordinator and Learning and Education Coordinator at The Malka Group from April 2014 to September 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Professional Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology, a Graduate Diploma of Business Management from Central Queensland University, and a Graduate Certificate in Internal Auditing from IIA-Australia.
