April Eiswirth has extensive experience in the field of special education and applied behavior analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Behavior Consultant at Butterfly Effects since July 2016, April also works as a Special Education Teacher (ABA) for the St. James Parish Public School System, where responsibilities include designing individualized educational programs for students with special needs and collaborating with various service providers. Previous roles include a CABAS trainee at Morris School District, an ABA trained Teacher Assistant at Fred S Keller School, and an ABA Line Therapist at ABA Home Program, showcasing a progression of expertise in implementing evidence-based interventions and developing IEPs. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Tulane University.
