Bonnie Nilsson is an experienced Executive Assistant currently supporting the CEO, CFO, and Senior Leadership Team at St. Croix Hospice since December 2022. Previously, Bonnie served as an Executive Assistant at Castlelake for seven years, providing essential support to a fast-paced investment team. Bonnie's background includes administrative roles where calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics were key responsibilities. Prior to their executive assistant roles, Bonnie managed food and beverage operations at Delaware North Companies and Olympic Hills Golf Club. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, complemented by additional studies at Universitat de les Illes Balears and Southern Cross University.
