Pinar Turker (Devecigil) serves as the Community Services Grants Administrator and Planner at St. Charles County Government since November 2016. Previous experience includes a role as a Community Development Research Analyst at the City of St. Louis from March to October 2016, and co-founding Onlineanne, a web portal, from May 2012 to March 2016. Additional roles include Geospatial Analyst and Scientific Writer at MicroImages, Inc. (July 2004 - May 2012), Researcher/Tourism and Culture Specialist at the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism (August 2003 - July 2004), and Researcher/Urban Planner at the Turkish Undersecretariat of Housing (January 2002 - August 2003).
