Herma Waters is an experienced professional in aged care, currently serving as the Director of Care, Quality and Risk at St. Basil's Aged Care NSW & ACT since May 2022. Previous roles include General Manager Risk and Quality at Huon Regional Care and various managerial and educational positions at Southern Cross Care (Tas) Inc. and BaptistCare NSW & ACT. Herma has extensive accreditation experience in both health services and aged care and has a strong background in quality management and leadership within aged care facilities. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Nursing in Nursing Education from Charles Sturt University and multiple diplomas in various nursing and management fields from the University of Pretoria and other institutions.
