Robert Grassi, CCM CAM, serves as the General Manager and COO of St. Andrews Club and Community in Delray Beach, Florida, since June 2016, managing a gated community encompassing five homeowners associations and a private club with diverse recreational facilities. Grassi has an extensive background in club management, including roles as General Manager at The Bay Head Yacht Club from 2009 to 2016 and Coral Reef Yacht Club from 1995 to 2006, as well as various leadership positions at Lighthouse Point Yacht and Racquet Club, Lauderdale Yacht Club, and others. With a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Florida State University, complemented by training at prestigious institutions like Cornell and Michigan State University, Grassi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in food and beverage operations, member services, and community management.
