Piers Sinclair has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Piers is currently working at SSW as a Delivery Lead, where they drive the technical architecture, serves as a technical lead, and acts as a Scrum Master for multiple teams. Piers also plays a crucial role in bridging communication between different offices and conducts technical recruitment interviews. Piers is proficient in various technologies such as .Net, Azure, SQL, React, Angular, and Blazor. Prior to SSW, they worked at Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers as an Application Developer .Net, gaining project management, Agile, and DevOps skills. At ASC Software, Piers worked as a .Net Developer, engaging with clients to create custom solutions and mentoring junior developers and interns. Piers also worked at Retail Directions as a .Net Analyst Programmer, delivering end-to-end retail solutions globally.

Piers Sinclair pursued a Master's degree in IT Management (Executive) from the University of Melbourne from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Murdoch University, graduating between 2010 and 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Piers holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance (obtained in 2022) and a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft (obtained in 2019).
