Sushil Singh began their work experience in 2004, working in deliveries for a confidential company. Sushil then moved on to various positions in the same company, including Team Mentor Deliveries, AVP Sales & Operations, and Vice President Delivery. In 2006, they joined another confidential company as a Director before becoming the Managing Director at Saiva System in 2019. The same year, they also started working as the Founder of Deebaco, a fashion retail company. In 2022, Singh founded Echoles Laughs as a comedian. Finally, in 2015, they founded SSR TechVision, a company that provides call center solutions and consulting services.

Sushil Singh has a degree from the University of Allahabad, although the specific field of study or degree name is not mentioned. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications related to Six Sigma. In 2010, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from AIG. Two years later, in 2012, they obtained a Certified Black Belt (Six Sigma) certification from AIG as well. Most recently, in August 2022, they obtained a Certified Master Black Belt (MBB) certification from 6Sigma Services.
